2019 NOTES
1) ***IF YOU RECORD AT A CAROLING SITE WITHOUT YOUR BIG MIC, BE SURE TO SWITCH THE ZOOM RECORDER FROM “#1” TO “L & R”!!!. YOU DIDN’T DO THAT IN 2019 AND NOTHING RECORDED! (And then, of course, remember to turn it back to #1 after the caroling is done!)
2) Here are the steps to changing all over to block style: (Also see Fmp Stickies titled: changing singx3 christmas carols on website steps 12.17.19.)
NOTE: 12/17/19 YOU HAVE DONE THE FIRST 3-4 OF THESE ALREADY.
1) Leave the main title as it is. Trust me, you can’t change it to SSS.
2.) Create a new Text box: type title of song. Set color to 20898d and size to 32 Bold.
Move this title box to the top.
3) Copy all contents of song.
4) Create new paragraph block. Paste. The contents will automatically break and be re-created into new individual boxes.
5) Go back one by one, and change the font size to 24 in each new block. You looked at this on your phone… probably best to keep the text at 24 – it’s small on the projector but anything else would be too big for a phone. 12.17/19
6) Change the size of the word “end” to 20
7) Put “Go to Alphabetical List” and Singing Order list in same box. 20 its

FINAL NOTE: JUDI AND I WENT OVER ALL OF THESE SEVERAL TIMES – THEY’RE ALL CORRECT AND SYNCED, IF SHE KEEPS HER COPIES INTACT. SHE SAID SHE MIGHT WANT TO CHANE THE ORDER.
